SynthAudit AI ("the Application") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use our web application deployed via Google Apps Script.
02 Information We Access
🗂️ Google Drive Access
The Application requests access to your Google Drive using the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. This allows the Application to:
- Create and manage files specifically generated by the Application.
- Access only files you explicitly open with the Application.
- No other files in your Drive are accessed.
🤖 Gemini API Usage
The Application uses Google Gemini (Generative Language API) to provide text generation features. Your prompts are sent securely to Gemini servers for processing.
03 Data Storage
- All files are stored only in your Google Drive account.
- The Application does not store, copy, or transfer your files to external servers.
- Temporary data (such as API responses) may be processed in memory but is not retained.
04 Confidentiality
- Your data remains under your control at all times.
- We do not share, sell, or disclose your information to third parties.
05 Security
- OAuth 2.0 authentication ensures secure access to your Google account.
- API keys for Gemini are stored securely in application properties and never exposed.
06 User Rights
You may revoke the Application's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account Permissions.
